Plastic Shell Circuit Breaker

NXM series moulded case circuit breaker (MCCB) is applicable to AC 50Hz circuits with rated voltage up to 400/415V and rated current ranging from 63A to 250A. It provides overload protection, short-circuit protection and isolation function, and can perform infrequent circuit switching under normal operating conditions.

Short-circuit protection: safeguards power supply system against short-circuit faults. Overload protection: prevents overheating and damage of main circuit caused by overload. Undervoltage protection: cuts off power automatically when voltage drops below the minimum allowable value.

Flame-retardant PC thermoplastic enclosure, non-melting under high temperature and self-extinguishing after leaving fire source. Recyclable plastic housing with well-sealed terminals for easy wiring. The operating handle has streamlined design with burr-free smooth surface for smooth switching.

The electric arc is driven into the arc chute by electromagnetic force and split into multiple series arcs. The arc resistance rises continuously inside the chute to reduce current until the arc cannot sustain itself, forcing the circuit to break.

Operating environment: Ambient temperature ranges from -20℃ up to +60℃.
